Packages include talent assessment of each individual candidate, interviewing assessments that include personality, skill set, and DISC assessments, staff and cultural analysis, on-going consultation for duration of project, private meetings as needed, and professional recommendation of qualifying candidate.

Online consultations are available for assessments. Talent assessors will provide interviewing assessments that include personality, skill set, and DISC assessments. Online video screenings will be conducted for behavioral and emotional interviewing. On-going tele-consultations and private meetings as needed, and professional recommendation of qualifying candidate.

***Free consulting connection before project to determine client needs. Assessments will be sent to candidates and any additional staff as needed prior to the paid consultation for completion. Online consultations are paid per hour unless otherwise arranged in contract***
